File Put Away on Caips Report

MY got capis report for my Immigration file.

It says "IRPAisation Letter Not Sent.File put away" Can someone please explain this.

IRPA is : Immigration and Refugee Protection Act

Thanks for reply it was applied in 2005 from India under skilled immigration.(Agriculture)

This is ridiculous!!!!! Is this the 1st time you ordered CAIPS? Why would a Skilled worker application require a letter under Immigration and Refugee Protection Act? Please get in touch with your VO to explain the situation with reference to CAIPS notes and request them politely if they require any other documentation and you do not fall in the category of Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
