File processing from 90 days

I submitted my file in VFS Jalandhar on 8th Feb...It's still processing and it's 15th may today...I Applied for study Visa.
Can I expect Visa approval?

have you contacted the VFS and embassey?

this happens in case something is wrong with your provided documents! or your reports indicate that you have a health problem!

and very rarely your "documentations" were mishandled or misplaced by VFS or Embassy due to some error!

contact both VFS and Embassy ASAP

if my answer is unsatisfactory, wait for the reply of the seniours!

My agent told me that we can ask for file from embassy. But then, chances of refusal increases. Almost 100 days...
