Hi,
I am qualifying for Federal Skilled Worker under NOC 0111 Financial Manager. My overall IELTS band is 8.0 (L-9.0; S-8.5; W-7.5; R-7.0).
However, I am going through the divorce proceedings. I sent an email to the CIC and they have given the following reply:
"You can apply now also on your own and documents pertaining to marital status and Court decision can be requested / submitted at later stage while your application is in process. Skilled workers are selected as permanent residents based on their education, work experience, knowledge of English and/or French, and other criteria that have been shown to help them become economically established in Canada."
So I understand that I can apply, but I need help to fill up the forms especially regarding spouse information. As I do not live with him and he will not be accompanying me to Canada, I don't have his documents and cannot submit the same.
Please advise me what I should do regarding the same?
