File Number on CIC Receipt, Please help-- OUtland application

Hi everyone, I am the sponsor. I have printed the CIC Payment receipt. I had paid on 14th July. However, I am applying now. I see a place to fill in the 'file number' on the receipt. Where do I get that from? I haven't applied yet. Can somebody help?

you just leave that blank! Keep a copy of the receipt for you records, you'll need it to log into e-Cas until you get the sponsorship part approved and get your client number. But you don't have to switch then either, its good for the entire time.
