File at CPC-O Ottawa .... Please advise.

VO : CPC-O Ottawa

Is it safe to assume that my file's processing would be completed at Ottawa or will it be later transferred to New Delhi VIsa Office (local visa office) ??

I understand that processing for each file may differ but I only want to know the general/usual procedure, to get better understanding of the process.

I understand that processing for each file may differ but I only want to know the general/usual procedure, to get better understanding of the process.

If your country of residence is India, then your file will be transferred to NDVO eventually. It all depends whether it is transferred after a final review or after eligibility. It will depend on whether IRCC review local information to verify your detail or just due to workload distribution.

NDVO will be the office where you will be asked to submit your PP after your application is approved.
