Hello everyone,
I recently decided to go back to school to finish my bachelors (already hold an accounting diploma). I just received my new study permit that has field of study mentioned as "Other" instead of BBA - accounting. Initially I thought it might have been a mistake on my agent's side, but as I am searching more on this people are saying that IRCC mentions "other" for fields which are not eligible for PGWP.
Now since I already had a PGWP after completing my diploma back in 2022, I am fully aware I am not going to be issued another one post my education. However, I just need to clarify if it would be an issue when I decide to apply for PR. I don't want IRCC raising concerns on this.
Wondering if anyone has had the same issue before and how did you deal with this.
Any help/comments would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
