Field of Study - Electronics & Communication Engineering

While creating EE profile "Study & Language Section"
What should be the field of study for Electronics & Communication Engineers.
I can see no option for this trade. Any ECE engineer please guide !

The thing is I have done my studies in ECE but I have experience in Computer/IT.

What should be the best course of action here. I can see Computer/IT in the studies section, but not ECE.
Please guide what should be the option filled for education?

Also please guide how much time will it take for my changes to reflect in my EE profile.
For instance for creating a new profile, it takes 24 hours for the profile to get active.
Will it hold true for editing the profile as well? Will my profile be ineligible during that period till my updates are reflected?
