Fiancé Visitor Visa

I'm a CEC candidate, currently inside Canada, with AOR.
My fiancé have a visitor visa. And she plans to travel in few weeks, after our wedding back home.
I intend to add her, in my profile, after she comes here.
Few questions:

1. Should she book a return ticket?
2. Alternatively, she also have US's visitor visa. Should she book one way to Canada, and another flight for US?
3. What questions do they ask at the POE?

Yes she should have a return ticket. Most airlines require them.
