Hi Kiran. Canada does not have a fiance sponsorship visa like the USA does. To be sponsored, you must be married or common-law (living together for at least 12 months)

At this time all you can do is visit as a tourist.

If your (Canadian PR or citizen) brother/uncle has any spouse, any kids, any family in Canada, or parents are still alive anywhere in the world, they are ineligible to sponsor you so it would not be possible.
