Hi all
I spoke about my situation in previous posts, so I'll cut it short and mention whats related to my questions. Me and my wife got separated around 6 months ago without any legal actions yet as we have a 4 years old son who lives with her in the UK ( they are both British citizens).
1- for the sake of the child, if she decided to back off the separation idea, and i listed them both as non accompanying dependents to keep the hope of them joining later, would her having an overstay in a third country with 2 years ban to that country because of that overstay affect my FSW express entry application?
2- when creating the online profile, it asks you about provinces of interest, does picking 1 province rather than selecting all provinces increase your chances of being nominated or does it not matter?
3- I am living in my country of residence on a status similar to citizens, legally, but I still dont have citizen passport ( had alien passport which got renewed yearly but this year they didnt), but I am still legally living here. I went and got another citizenship from my mother's country with a proper passport which I am going to use for my CIC application, is that ok knowing that this new passport hasnt been used for travel or residence anywhere yet?
Best regards and thank you in advance

you are separated only if there is a legal separation order. if there is no legal separation order, you are still married.

you can either select your spouse as accompanying or non accompanying

since you are still married, whether you include your wife in your application or not, you still need PCC, medical and proof of funds for her.

you will need medical and proof of funds for your child.
