Few questions regarding Job offer and Multiple applications..Please help

Hello,
I came to Canada in 2008 as an IS. Finished my BBA from York University. My brother is a citizen and applied for my Dad and Mom in 2010 as Family sponsorship. I was a dependant at that point of time. We had our medical done in May, 2015. Because we were waiting for so long we ordered our GCMS notes and found out that my Dad has M3 condition and they recommend interview. I worked with a bank for over a year on NOC B and recently switched to another bank to NOC B. I do not know how long we have to wait for the Family sponsorship to be over so I have decided to go ahead and apply on my own in the express entry(cec). But i am a little bit confused on some of the requirements or CRS points eligibility.

1. Can I have multiple applications at the same time under Family sponsorship as a dependant and also Express entry?
2. If am working in a Bank right now..Do I say yes when asked if I have a valid job offer?

Thank You So much. Another question:

1. I worked as a school secretary for a year from Nov 2006 - Dec 2007. I turned 18 in May of 2007. I saw school secretary falls under NOC B. Can i use that as a foreign skilled work experience. If i can then what do i need to show as a proof?
