Few Questions - Docs Submitting 120 days stage

Hi Everyone

I need to submit docs to CHC-New delhi. I would like to ask few questions ?

1. Do we need to send copies of all passports (previous and current) including blank pages and does they all need to be notarized.

2. My spouse is non-accompanying, so I guess I won't get any Adaptability points. Do I still have to submit her academic records.

3. Do the work experience letters have to be original or notarised photocopies will suffice ?.

4. Post-Secondary education--Does it mean +2 certificate need to be included.

1) yes of the current passport. You would only need your old passport if it contains information that you want them to see for some reason.

2) No

3) Original is what they ask for.

4) It is not mandatory to send photocopies of +2 certificate.
