FEW MISTAKES ON SPONSORED PARTNER QUESTIONNAIRE IMM5490E

Hi everyone I have few questions

We applied for outland sponsorship on 16 june 2015 but we just realized we made some mistakes on the 1 form wefilled that form when we were in canada together on imm5490e question is" are u currently living with your sponsor" when we send the form we werent living together and another section 27 on the same form have you and your sponsor lived together if yes give the dates of periods of cohabitation " we thought it is the time frame before marriage but it is not so what are my options should i fill the form correct and send it again or just wait but really afraid of they just gonna reject our application thanks for all your answers .

we sent to VO updated form and cover letter we did this mistakes we didnt mean to with dates everything. I also send case specific enquiry to Vo. but still we are curious about this situation .anyone know anything about this ? Thx

If you sent the updated form and also contacted VO via the specific inquiry form you did about everything you should have done. One thing you need to make sure is that you include your full name, address, UCI, File # and DOB with every inquiry/letter you send to them.
VO may or may not confirm the receipt of your request and/or documents so what you can do next is to apply for the GCMS notes and there you should be able to see an entry about incoming documentation , the date and content of it. That will be your best available confirmation that the forms were received.

Thanks a lot for you reply. Actually I have one more question if you dont mind . We already ordered gsmc notes on oct 15 I m gonna receive by november 15 so can I order one more time after that or is there any time frame to wait to order another one thanks .

Yes, you can. But keep in mind that the valid day of the notes can be anywhere from the day of request until the day you receive it, no way to know it upfront and it will vary from request to request. So if you want to "cover" a wider period of time and make sure your notes would not be overlapping in time, you should wait.
