few doubts regarding express entry application

1. can we do an ainp based paper application for pr and express entry (experience class ) at the same time?
2. if so , do we need to get different criminal record check forms for each application?
3. is the medical test report obtained for express entry reusable for another express entry application ,since my first application got rejected.

1. Yes, you can have both applications going at the same time, so long as you are ready to spend that extra $$$$ (Source: I am doing that, checked with CIC over phone)
2. Am not sure what a criminal record check is: do you mean the Police clearance certificate? If you are talking about PCC, then one is enough, scan the original and upload it for Express Entry application and send the original for AINP application. If this is not what you are looking for, I'd suggest to wait up for other senior members to reply.
3. Yes you can use the same medicals again - if it meets the requirement as stated in CIC website then you are okay- "Medical results must be valid for six months at the time of application"
