Dear frnds,

I have 1.5 years of experience in software testing in an IT firm and my academic details are listed below.

10th - 50 %
12th - 64 %
Graduation(BE - Electrical and electronics engineering) - 63 %

I am planning to join Information Systems Business Analysis Program in george brown college. Its a 12 month course(8+4 co-op).

What are my chances of fetching a job in the 1 year pgwp period. After going through few posts in this forum,I could see many people saying that it is almost impossible to fetch a job in the one year period and get a PR.

Can anyone please tell me why it is so difficult to get a job in canada.I feel 1 year is long enough to fetch a job there. Please let me know if there are any difficulties which I am not aware of.

I am really confused guyz. Please post your views and help me out in making a decision.

Thankzz in advance

Getting a job in Canada is hard without Canadian experience and education.....you obviously will have the education and the coop experience so maybe you will find it a little easier

If your goal is to get PR than you will have to do your research. Ontario requires you to have a job in your field for 1 year before you can apply for PR but there are some provinces out there that accept any job you can get. Post this in the Canada Experience Class forum and ask them what is the best way to get PR after studying in Canada
