You will not find any jobs, especially medical fellowships, on this forum. International medical graduates often come to Canada to do fellowships but there is no pathway to become a licensed MD in Canada through a fellowship. Most IMGs never get licensed to practice medicine in Canada and you’d need to redo your residency to get licensed again. Doesn’t make sense if you already have a fellowship in Canada but those are the rules. The big issue is there are almost no residency spots available. The chances are somewhat better for GPs, pathologists and psychiatrists and IMGs speaking French. If you want to keep practicing medicine I would discourage immigrating to Csnada,

I agree we don't need anymore cab drivers. Sad but true.

IMGs are rarely can drivers especially if they have good English or French language skills. Yes that may have been the case 30 years ago. Most IMGs go back to school once they arrive in Canada and retrain to be something else.
