i have found on one of teh site saying:

Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF)

Applicants for permanent residence can pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee ($490) at the time they submit their application or at a later date when requested. The processing fee is still required when submitting an application.

The following applicants are not required to pay the RPRF:

dependent children of a principal applicant or sponsor, a child to be adopted, or an orphaned brother, sister, niece, nephew or grandchild;
protected persons, including Convention refugees.

plz guide if this applies to New Delhi also

so accordingly if we dont pay fees at this stage, this is going to work?????

And what u suggest. Should we pay at this stage or should wait them to request for this fees.

Please reply.

Is thee anyone who sent their application to CHC without the fees and they are accepted.

Meena

You can either pay for RPRF
with your full application to CHC or
When they request the same from you at time of Medical

Thanks a lot for making clear my confusion.

Fine so I would not be payng fees at this stage. DO u know anyone who received edical and at time got request for this fee.

Also I woudl like to know whould I post photos on Forms or just send 6 photos of each person.

Please confirm.

Meena,

I had sent my forms w/out RPRF & London asked for it during meds. No probs.

However, I also read somewhere that sending the RPRF later, it seems, delays our case a bit. Not sure though. Said that, as u r a new 'fast track' case, u'd beter send the RPRF now itself [unless there is any financial strain].

'Coz, in any case your meds'd come pretty soon. It'll thus, be a matter of few months only. So, what's the diff... sending it now or after few months.

All the best !
