Fees, sponsorship of orphaned minors

Hi,

Please help, I am stuck,I am applying to sponsor my orphaned niece and nephew (twins) who are under the age of 18, I cant figure out how much fees I have to pay, since they are both minors, I filled out two separate forms for principal applicant, one for my niece and one for my nephew.

Did you get through the process? Please help explain to me what is required as far as filling forms is concerned.
Did you fill in the forms or your nephew and niece did? How long did process take you?
