my lawyer submitted a wrong Visa Office, after receiving 1st AOR, we requested for change of VO.Unfortunately, we were denied and advised us to just withdraw and reapply in july. My lawyer wants to continue on the 2nd stage to this VO.If we submit our docs and were reviewed,can we still refund our fees if denied, We're family of six.

It will be refused, and there will be no refund. I hope your "lawyer" refunded his/her fees, if s/he didn't know what office the application was going to.

Agreed. What a lawyer this is. He has to refund you.

As long as your app was not put into processing, then you can ask for a refund now. Keep in mind that next july might bring unforeseen changes in the immigration law.

I agree with Mezo. You can withdraw your application until your visa office has started processing your file. Once they start the process, you won't be able to get refund of application fees, even though your case gets rejected.
