hello All,

I applied for SINP program through WWICS. I was not dumb enough to trust them and investing my hard earned money. I so regret that day.I went to WWICS on 2011, they told me to apply for SINP. I gave them all my papers and all the fees were paid. But till now I am not seeing any progress in my case. I call them every month and every time they try to ignore my calls. I mailed them also but again got the reply there is no status change. Mine was supposed to be applied under Skilled category. I called them yesterday and they told me that my vacancy has been uploaded in june. I was so shock. I have given them everything in 2011 and they started doing things in June.

Please help me, how should I deal with them. I know I have done a big mistake but now I cant look back. :'(

It sounds like you may have been scammed by a consultant. Not sure what any of us can do to help you.

Try posting to the Provincial Nominee section of the forum:

Post detail about your profile and from where you are .......and what the qualification do you ......

Dear sumi1982,

Really sad to hear about your situation. If you are sure that you have been a victim of fraud by an agent, I would suggest you to report the matter to the police or relevant law enforcing agency in your area.

I hope and pray that you be blessed with patience and strength in such situation. Do not lose hope. It will all turn out well. My best wishes are with you.

Sincerely
ESZB

Never post your personal details on any place on the web. Just a suggestion :)

Try to report it to Canadian authorities too, like somewhere on cic or provincial nominee website (if you can find the link). Also off course report the crook or file a complaint with police in your area too.

If you have been scammed, which most of the folks are (unfortunately), you cannot do anything except just go after the scum bag.
