It's a real program - but there are a lot of job scams out there and any job offered through an agency is generally fake.

No job offer yet, its an immigration consultant based in ontario. They said first they will find job for me then will proceed for visa. Once im in CA then PR will be processed. I dont know whether its fake or not

Don’t give any money. Why would a consultant ask for money in USD for a Canadian permit?
