Hello everyone,
I have been planning to apply under CEC for PR. My question is based on the below facts, am I good to apply now or wait more longer ?

I am originally from India. After studying in Canada started working here.
Worked for exactly 360 days i.e started on 25th June, 2012 to 20th June 2013. Is this a issue for the 'atleast 12 months' requirement on CEC ?.
Full time work for 40 hr/week + OT and have total of approx 2100 hrs.
Since my work ended at the company with whom I had a work permit, I am not currently working but looking for one who can sponsor my work permit, so currently staying with a study permit.

So can I apply for PR now with a study permit with above credits or should I wait for another job to add more credits.
My other question is what if I apply PR from here and had to go back to India, if I dont find any job, how does that affect my application.

If you guys can answer my questions/help me out here would be great.

You need a minimum of 52 weeks and 30 hours per week. Everything above 30 hours can't be counted as extra time, same counts for over time.
When you apply for PR under the CEC class, CIC will make a decision based on your application. You can apply from outside Canada, or apply from within Canada and then leave. It doesn't matter at all, as long as you keep CIC updated with a mailing address.

Sorry, edited out the missing months, its from 25th June, 2012 to 20th June 2013. So how do you think it counts ?.
In case I go back after applying from inside Canada, does it require anything else or affect my processing time?

25th of June to 20th of June is not sufficient. You're 4 days short there my friend. 4 days
might not seem like a lot but in this case makes you ineligible.

If you come back to Canada you need a valid TRV to enter Canada, that's it.

if his employer give reference letter for one full year than i think that will be ok

That's misrepresentation if you ask me and NOT recommended at all!!! He has not worked for one full year,
so writing a letter stating a year would be a lie, right?!

This is so close, it would be a judgment call by the VO. I've seen it go both ways. Any other issues (like with the NOC) would probably result in the application being refused.

To be safe, I would recommend waiting to apply until after getting more experience. Remember, 1 year is a MINIMUM requirement. But if you leave Canada and have no other options, and don't mind risking the application fee, you could get lucky. But remember that the rest of your application would have to be rock-solid.

Sorry friend but if you go ahead with this application, you are going to take a very very big risk.

The requirements are simple:
- plan to live outside the province of Quebec.
- have at least 12 months of full-time (or an equal amount in part-time) skilled work experience.
- have gained your experience in Canada with the proper authorization.
- meet the required language levels.

The 12 month work experience is the heart & soul of CEC program. If you don't fulfill that, you will probably get rejected.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I am gonna continue to wait adding a bit more exp count to make more than 365 days. But in the worst I have to leave I would probably consider applying it just hopeful luck.

The only other question is say I do the latter part by applying from inside and leave Canada, will it affect the processing, considering they acknowledge that i have met all my requirements successfully ?.
