Fee Refund

Does anyone know how you go about getting the Right of Residence fee back? (my husband was denied PR)...

I have no doubt in my mind we will be approved next time, immigration won't keep us apart!!! I just want my money so we can put it towards a trip to his country or to apply again.

Call the call centre- 1-888-242-2100 ext. 120 to make sure the officer who processed your refusal in Mississauga did request a refund on your behalf. I withdrew my spouses application on Sept. 28th, the request was processed on Nov. 8th and I got a letter of withdrawal on Nov. 18th, a cheque for $490 was sent on Nov. 14th which I received on Nov. 19th.
