Fee refund

I m included in 10000 parent and grand parent sponsorship lost. Only issue is I don't have enough 3 year income level as required. I was wondering if I should throw the application to take a chance. My question is will they refund my fee if application is ineligible due to low income barrier of 3 years?

No - the fee won't be refunded.

There's no point throwing your application in to take a chance. Refusal is guaranteed.
