applied for the fee refund for sheridan college on 22nd dec2012 but haven't got any responde yet, called them 2day but they were not available....please help me out!!

Are you talking about fees refund for visa rejection or for college transfer.
If transfer than it takes about 6 weeks . And for total refund , It is also a long procedure. So will take a while.

As it says 6 weeks.
You applied on 22nd December, 2012 . Office was closed for Christmas and New year . That is why the process is slow. And today is exactly 6th week including the holidays week.
I will suggest you to wait for one more week. Then you can go to the Registrar office with your application copy.
Personal Experience- I applied for refund from Centennial College , And only on the 6th week i got my refund. So wait for 1 more week.

i am from Cambrain College. and i have been got rejection from the embassy. i have been sent my complete documents to the college. for fee refund.
they reply me that the will proceed my application. but the did not mention that how much time they will take.. i am also very worried. cuz i don't knw the previous history of cambrain college regrading fee refund..

If you have submitted all the documents regarding refund .
Then you will get your refund before 8 weeks.

According to Sheridan College Refund policy , its 6 weeks.
So wait for sometime , As international wire transfer also take some time.
