fee payment in visa office specific instruction.

in london visa office instructions, they have mentioned about payment to CIO which i have already done.
then what is the purpose of mentioning it here, do we need to enclose photo copy of DD..
there is no mentioning of visa office fee requirement or we need to send it later?

there is no need to pay any fees, just ignore that point. they will request for right of permannet residence fee later.
