Part of my money in my Bank account will be used to pay for my fees. Can I apply for the visa before making arrangement to pay for the fees.
 
yes as abu bakr said...it ll make ur case strong even i have paid 1 year fee...
 
i read 1 post on this fourm 1 got refusal nd reason"you h'v not paid full tution fee" the immegration officer thinks that you will leave study after reached canada........any way its not a major factor but paid full tution fee make your case strong.
 
AB vai: Regarding your above post, I think it was conditional offer letter and the condition was "to make the full fees" prior to travel to Canada else I dont see any reason why they would say that.
