Hi guys,

If I am doing a certified cheque. All I need is to fill in the $550 and $550 for total amount plus my name in section A right?

I do not have to fill in name of payer/address of payer and no signature required.

Is that right?

Thanks.

Fill in every field on the form, sign, scan and send it.

I payed my fee's online. The fee confirmation receipt I received just has a bar code with a number and all other fields like name, address and signature blank.

I printed the receipt, filled in all the information then sent a scanned copy.

But I am using the bank draft/certified cheque method. The signature portion is for credit card.

Can someone please share their experience for me please?

I am planning to submit my application tomorrow morning and having this last little panic attack for the forms.

Yes, even i am doing the same method.

i hope need not sign in the form, just attach the bank draft.

So you are sending the package in this week too? Or you have sent it??

As for what I see, only one box in section A is needed which is Principal Applicant (first name, last name) since I am paying for myself. There is no where need for signature from my understanding. But I am just worried that I missed something. Can someone please help us?!

Did u took from the 2 self addressed labels, i bought from Canada post and it has space to write 'to' and 'from' address.
