hi all,
quick question on the fee payment form, IMM5620E, in Section B for credit hard holder, at end of the form there is a signature section.
I don't intend to provide credit card for payment so I am guessing I don't have to fill this section and I am just wondering about this signature , is it only for this section or for the whole form ?
basically I want to know if I am paying by DD do I need to sign anywhere in this form ?
I have seen many cases where form are returned because a signature was missing so just want to be sure that this signature is relevant for me or not.
