Fee payment for work permit

Hi,
In the check list of temporary work permit says: "Note: Visa offices cannot accept fee payments from banks in Canada". Does it mean I can not get a bank draft from a bank in Canada? that is because my relative lives in Canada and he can get a bank draft for me from there.

it is better to make the bank draft from a bank in UAE that is acceptable to the embassy.

check the Abu Dabhi cic website. Their will be list of banks in Abu Dabhi from where you can easily make bank draft just by taking cash with you to the counter.
