I have got my offer letter from college in ottawa on which it is written that deposit $7200 before october 1 2014 and i have applied for GIC. Do i have to transfer $10100 only to GIC or $10100 plus $7200 ?? please reply

i read it on one of the webite that we have to remitt 10050 to scotia bank ,in cae admiion i cancelled theyll refund 10000 and keep 50 dollar a charges ,

Anybody who can surely clarify whether whole 1t year fee to be paid or only 1t sem is sufficient
