I got an offer letter for Sept 2018 from Humber college but i got stucked in some medical issues. my visa file is under process and my medical clearance will be done by Mid october and till then visa process is on hold. Now to continue with the same visa file i need an offer letter for JAN 2019 but the college refused for deferring my fees to Jan 2019 by saying program is closed now and you can take your refund . wht to do now?
