But my question is above. A LMIA alone doesn’t give you 50 points. Do you have a full-time, job offer that sets out that you will have the job one year past PR? You need the letter to claim 50 points. When your LMIA expires, what are your plans?
My point will be 456 with lmia currently working on open work permit. My question is just that if my lmia expires after I create profile into the pool that will decrease my score or not

You can’t have a LMIA and be on an open work permit. You can’t claim points if you don’t have a job offer. So if your LMIA is expiring without a job offer (and new LMIA), you don’t claim 50 points.
