Federal step after CSQ

Do I need to provide the IELTS results for the Federal step after getting CSQ?

If it is mentioned in document check list (assuming provided by cic) then ..you can attach photocopy ..you can anyways attach it even if it is not mentioned in checklist..just to avoid any delays in later stages of application..

The issue is that for CSQ only I provided the IELTS results as a principal applicant, but not my wife. For Federal application if only I provide the IELTS would it be OK?
