I am considering applying via the federal skilled worker program. When will the program open for new applications?
My occupation is now listed on the NOC. I do not have a job offer.

As per CIC, applications for FSWP will start from 04 May 2013.

New occupation list will be revealed in April, and the FSW application itself will open on May 4.
