Federal Skilled Worker Immigration Program- Help Needed

Hi,
I am from India.Basically i am a mechanical engineer and have done Petroleum Information Technology as my full time regular master course. I have got over 10 years of experience in the petroleum information technology field and have worked with Upstream and downstream of several oil companies in US and india.


My question is

1. can i apply under Petroleum Engineers given in the list or Geoscientist as i have Seismic Data/interpretation Data Management Experience?
2. is 300 less number for the rest of the world that can be filled within hours?

Your occupation should not filled within an hour. It seems rare occupation. My advise for you is to try to get the credential assessment evaluation from WES and then think about the next procedure. It would cost USD 180 and u have to send ur transcript from ur institute. I am in also same boat.
