Federal skilled worker employment gap.

Hi,

I will have a 20 day gap in my employment as I will be moving to a permanent position under the same employer from current position of intern .Both the positions are paid and full time. Will I be eligible for federal skilled worker program if my total work experience amounts to 12 months excluding that 20 day gap?
