Was wondering.....a few years ago a federal express entry (is the right name) list of applicants that was cancelled. Did anything become of it? I was one of the candidates who had applied for this entry. I am now a citizen of Australia and was wondering if I could still get my file transferred there? Or is it too late?

It was the Federal Skilled Worker program (Express Entry didn't exist yet). All applications were canceled - not just those being processed by the ND visa office. There's nothing to transfer - your application is dead. You need to apply again from scratch.
