I got the same message on GCkey portal and it shows: Final decision - November 4, 2024:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Everything is completed since the 5th of November... still no p1/p2, I only see an expiry for COPR, nothing more
There's been a delay of P1s for November FDs. One applicant called and found out it's taking 2 - 3 weeks to receive P1 after FD!
How convenient! I got FD 2 days after my friend and she got p1 and p2 this week so I thought I'd get mine by today... so...maybe tomorrow? Let's see!!!

BTW for those who may be seeing this at a later date- portal 1 and 2 are actual emails you'll receiving from IRCC Landing department where they'll ask for you to confirm your personal information (name, uci, contact details etc) just so you know!
