My sister in law lawyer submitted documents Feb 2021, and got acknowledgement letter March 2021 that they received the application. January 2022 IRCC sent a letter to our lawyer stating that they are returning her documents/fees coz there is missing/incomplete with docs under section 10 of IRPR. Now its almost end of June, no documents was returned, and we sent a letter tru web form regarding this matter and they replied that her application is on process. We are confused how the hell its on process if they are returning the docs/fees. They didnt even indicated in the letter what doc is missing, we dnt knw when are they gonna send the documents back, we need to reapply
