Hi did you sent it by post or courier from UK?
I have sent by Royal Mail Airmail Registered post but it track only within uk so i am not sure when it will reach to canada.

Color coding as indication;
Receives AOR from CIO - Green
Submitted Full docs - Blue
Receives AOR from Visa Office - Maroon
Receives Medical Request - Pink
Medicals Done - Orange
Receives PPR - Yellow
Receives Visa - Lime Green
