Feb 2021 draw-Any chances for FSW inland applicant inside canada?

Hello guys,
As we all know currently ircc is targeting cec and pnp applicants due to travel restrictions because they are inside canada. Now that the pool has lot fewer cec applicants, are there any chances for FSW inland applicants who are inside canada on study permit or work permit(<1year exp.)?

Hi,
I am FSW inland applicant with CRS 465. I am contemplating the same whether ircc will consider these lot of inlanders. I really hope they do in the near future.

They don't differentiate inland and outland currently.
However, there is nothing that will prevent them from changing the CEC criteria to having 6-month work experience or having Canadian education and more inlanders will be qualified.
