FEB 2014 PR CEC

I applied PR in FEB 2014 and got file number in March 2014. Yet to get Medicals as my colleagues applied in same category with same NOC got PR itself.
Anyone has this issue ?

Applied in NOC 2174 - Sr.Software Developer

Raised GCMS in Nov and got report. It says IN PROGRESS only.

Confused...
