Has anyone in this sub experience of successfully learning French from scratch to get PR? If yes, it would be nice to get some guidance and motivation.

Yes. There are discussions about this in the Express Entry section of the forum.

Of course it is possible. Really depends on whether you are good with languages, how much time you have before you have to take TEF, what resources you have to dedicate to learning French, how much time you can dedicate weekly to learn French, whether you know languages that are similar to French, etc. Some people will find it impossible to learn French while some can pick up languages in general very quickly. Most people know whether new languages come quickly to them or that isn’t their strength. If you live in a region where many people already speak French that will also will help people pick up the language more quickly.

Could be 2-3 months but if not standard processing could be longer. Impossible to guarantee how long it will take.
