What should be the ORI number? Should I leave it blank?

I did leave it blank and I already send it because for my opinion most important is the finger print all other information you did it online I can’t find the ori number after research is not important I did send it 3 days ago hopefully they will accept it good luck ! Did you do state police certificate too ?
