I have submitted a total of 12 sets of prints ( Ink and roll) to the FBI so far (some are pending to be analyzed). I went to three different police stations and an UPS center to get my fingerprints taken. The fingerprinting officer at the local law enforcement agency told me my fingerprints have worn out. But, they insisted that I sent it anyway because the FBI might be able to read it somehow. Unfortunately, I found out that can't submit digital prints via third party channelers because i'm on H1 visa and it's only available to US lawful residents. NVDO office started processing my file. I'm at my wits end here. This literally keeps me up at night.
PS: Sliver lining I got the notarized copy of State Police record. I haven't moved to any other state in 10 years in stay at the US. I'm wondering If can I submit that letter to NVDO to buy some time. Please send your good vibes and suggestions.
