FBI report

Hi all,

I am facing some troubles to get an FBI report.
all my ink fingerprinting got rejected...(more than 4 copies from local police office, USPs stores..

because Canadian government do not provide an agency number, i can not do a live scan.
any one know some good places to get a high quality fingerprinting?

i am currently in CA.

How can they reject the ones from police station? ? I ordered FBI report twice using police station finger printing services. .

because the quality is too low to read...

maybe i should try one more police office..
