FBI Police Verfication

Hi All,

I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on getting FBI verification fast.

I just got an ITA and i'm assuming the first task for me to tackle is Police Verification for India and U.S

I'm mostly worried about U.S processing times, it does not seem likely that I will get it within the 90 day period. (ITA yesterday Oct 18th).

Should I decline this ITA and get the paper work done? (my score is 451).

Any suggestions on ways to speed up PCC most appreciated.

Anyone else in similar situation? Now I regret now starting the process earlier (albeit, it would have only made a 10 day difference)

1- Don't decline.
2- No fast way to get FBI PCC if you are not a US person (citizen or permanent resident).
3- You can submit PR application without FBI PCC and explain that you have applied already then CIC will give you an extension to submit that PCC only.

Thank you for the response. Is the extension always granted? Or is it a case by case basis?
