HELLO SENIORS,

I JUST RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM THE CANADA REGARDING MY INITIAL EVALUATION AND NOW I AM AT THE POINT WHERE I NEED TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS TO BUFFALO.

THIS IS MY INFO

VISA OFFICE : BUFFALO
DOC SENT TO CANADA: 8TH JAN 2010
RESPONSE: 1ST MAR 2010

IS IT NECESSARY THAT I HAVE TO SUBMIT FBI CLEARANCE AT THIS POINT? I AM KIND OF CONFUSED WHAT TO DO NEXT... IS IT OK IF I SEND MY ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS EXCEPT FBI CERTIFICATE NOW AND SUBMIT MY FBI LATER ON?

AND SHOULD I HAVE TO SEND THEM ANY PROOF THAT I HAVE APPLIED FOR EBI CLEARANCE.

PLEASE GIVE ME SUGGESTION ON IT.

THANX IN ADVANCE

There are 2 ways you can do it,

1) do it right now and send the results as and when you receive.

2) wait for them to ask, then do it, anyways CIC will give you between 90-120 days to send them.

It will be proactive if you follow 1) but remember the validity on finger printing is 3 months only(Just confirm the same from FBI)

Rgds

Max

You have 120 days to submit full documents, including all PCCs, to Buffalo. It is better to submit everything together, and you have enough time.

And, don't forget to review the visa-office specific instructions. Good luck!

thanks for your quick reply :D
but I am wondering that if I send my documents without FBI now and FBI afterwards would it be processed faster than waiting for 3 months till i get FBI and send the docs afterwards.
thx again..
