FBI Police certificate

Dear all,

I was in the states between 2001 and 2004 and returned back to Morocco.
Then I applied for a student visa to Canada on 2009, part of the visa requirements was to sumbit an FBI check , which i did. Now that i am back to Morocco i am planning to apply for EE, can I use thr same FBI Police certificate since i have never returned back to the US?

Yes, if the issue date on the police certificate is after you last lived in the country and you have never returned after that, you can use it and there is no need to get a new one. Good Luck!

Thank you so much Noscaf. It’s really annoying to have to wait for more than 14 weeks to get another one.
Should I submit a LOE with it or no need to?

Yes, if the issue date on the police certificate is after you last lived in the country and you have never returned after that, you can use it and there is no need to get a new one. Good Luck!
